The service
Clyp is a development service for ecommerce stores. You send requests through an agreed channel, we return a token quote, and on your acceptance we build the work and deliver it to a preview or staging environment for your review.
Tokens
Tokens are a prepaid unit of work. They are consumed only against quotes you explicitly accept, they do not expire, and they are non-refundable once consumed. Unused tokens remain on your account.
Onboarding
The one-time onboarding fee covers the setup work required to ship to your staging and production environments safely. It is billed once and is separate from token purchases.
Deployments and approval
Nothing reaches production without following the release rules agreed with you during onboarding. You are responsible for reviewing staged work before approving it. Every production push ships with a rollback path.
Your content and access
You keep ownership of your store, its content, and the code we deliver for you. You grant us the access needed to perform the work, and you can revoke it at any time by uninstalling the app.
Liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Limits of liability, warranties, and governing law will be set out in the final signed agreement.
