What we collect
When you contact us we collect the name, work email, store or company name, and message you submit. When you install the Clyp app on your store we receive the access scopes you grant at install time, along with the requests you send us and the changes we make on your behalf.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and set up your account.
- To quote, build, stage, and ship the work you ask for.
- To keep an audit trail of what changed, when, and who approved it.
Who we share it with
We share data with the infrastructure and messaging providers needed to run the service — hosting, email, and the chat platforms you choose to reach us on. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep request and deployment history for as long as your account is active so rollbacks and audits stay possible. Contact-form submissions are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@runclyp.comand we'll handle it.
